DPA goes live in 2010 with a new IT system.

DPA System (formerly known as WEEE System) is an abbreviation for the Danish producer responsibility systems.

DPA System performs administrative tasks associated with environmental law regulations on producer responsibility for waste materials from electrical and electronic equipment, discarded batteries and, later also, discarded vehicles.

DPA went live with their website in 2010 and chose to base their system on the Composite C1 CMS. The Composite Certified Solution Partner Acto developed the front-end of the site and prepared it for integration with 3^rd-party solutions. An extensive back-end was also developed, based on the Composite C1 extranet, with a database application developed by the new Composite Certified Solution Partner, Applications.dk.
